HOW DO I SET UP MY RAINGER TOURING SWAG?

WHY DO I NEED TO SEASON MY RAINGER TOURING SWAG?

It’s essential That you waterproof your new swag, it will help prevent your swag from leaks. Firstly set it up and remove the mattress, thoroughly soak the exterior canvas of the swag with water making sure you concentrate on the stitched seams, this allows the thread and fibres in the canvas to swell, taking up any potential leaks in the stitching. Allow the swag to dry, particularly the seams. It is the drying process that seals the seams along the swag. We recommend to repeat this process twice to completely ensure the seams are waterproof.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY RAINGER SWAG?

Make sure your swag is completely dry before you store the swag back into the swag bag, this will prevent any mildew forming. You should store the swag in a safe dry place and out of direct sunlight. We recommend if you pack your swag while still wet at camp, as soon as you get to the next camp or arrive home, erect the swag again and let it completely dry out before storing it away until your next adventure.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RAINGER SWAG?

We recommend cleaning the canvas along with the flooring of your swag, to do this just use cold water and a microfibre cloth or a soft bristle brush. You should also clean the zippers and tracks to ensure they move freely and are free of any contaminants.

We recommend you DO NOT USE any of the following which may lead to damage of the swag materials; soap or detergents, aerosol sprays, petrol, oils, solvents or similar such products, Exposure of your swag to any of these items will damage your swag.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns on RAINGER TOURING SWAGS will only be refunded if you’re not 100% satisfied with our product. The purchaser is responsible for all return freight costs (excluding any shipping costs on the original purchase).

Return goods need to be returned to us within 30 days(month) from the date of your order, and goods must be returned in the original purchase condition in which you received them. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return of goods does not apply to defective products caused by misuse, abuse or physical product damage.

 RAINGER will not be held liable or responsible for goods that are lost, or damaged while being returned by the purchaser. Please note! We recommend Registered post and paid insurance to the purchaser on return products.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, this process usually takes 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued and processed via the same method you used to pay. We will send you an email once this process has been completed.
