Rainger Statement: Responsible Supply Chain Practices During COVID-19

We are experiencing longer than usual shipping delays due to an increase in order popularity.  Postage partners throughout the world have seen delays of up to 3 weeks during Covid-19. PLEASE NOTE on all Apparel items purchased, a postage wait time of up to 30 days after an order is processed may arise.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused major health and economic impacts throughout the world. Rainger remains committed to responsible purchasing and production practices in the face of this unprecedented situation. We have maintained our standard payment terms with suppliers and we continue to pay in full for orders that are in process or have been completed. We are communicating openly and often with supply chain partners regarding future planning. Rainger continues to uphold our commitment to workers’ wellbeing by ensuring that factories and warehousing facilities are implementing appropriate health and safety measures.
